| After working on the first season of "Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman", the next major time that Ms Scoggins graced our screen was with her role in "Babylon 5". Her character, the no nonsense, Captain Elizabeth Lochley, the position: Commander of Babylon 5. What made her special was that, Lochley does not appear in the broad strokes of the original notes by Strackzynski, whereas both Sinclair and Sheridan do. Her character shows that, out of the ashes of a broken or unwanted story line, a Phoenix can rise to finish off the job that was started. This page is a tribute to Tracy Scoggins and her character, Lochley. |
